I did a great class on Thursday at my local store Quiltsmith. The teacher was Jenny Rosalky who I have always wanted to do a class with and I wasn't disappointed. She made the day heaps of fun even though Sydney was sweltering and the classroom is not air conditioned.
The quilt is called Aunt Beck's nine patch and here is one of the nine completed blocks. The pattern can be purchased here.
I'm still playing with photos but have realised I need to take them in daylight hours in the future. I also need to learn how to insert them where I want them!
Next weekend a picture of the top together. Well it pays to be optimistic doesn't it?
