Looking back over the photos I have posted this year I get a different feel with my current projects.
Aunt Bec which I am currently hand quilting is bright.
The baby quit I am making is using 40's style fabrics.
My sampler quilt will be all pretties.
These two blocks though traditionally pieced definitely fit the bright category.
Quilts in progress in my preferred style. Double Delight and the basket quilt.
Am I still a reproduction girl? Definitely. It's just nice to play in other genre's for a time.

These blocks are brilliant - I just love them and would love a quilt full of them - how the heck then, can I not work with them to make such blocks.......
