The day started off badly with the failure of this iron that is less than 4 months old.
Took it back to the shop and they replaced it no questions asked. They did not have the same model in stock so upgraded it for no extra charge. Hopefully it will last a while.
Once home I finished my disappearing nine patch top.. Originally I was going to add borders but have decided it is done it is about 50 inches square so will be a good size for a child. Will have it machine quilted so I can get a finish.

Why is it that irons are so unreliable. Used a great one this past weekend at retreat. The disappearing 9 patch looks great -- nice fabric/color choices.
